I had an exceptional stay at The Ritz-Carlton Vienna! The staff truly made my experience unforgettable with their outstanding service and warm hospitality. I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Armand and Katerina for arranging an early check-in and for their exceptional services throughout my stay. Their professionalism and attentiveness were remarkable. A big thank you as well to Julia and Abu for their quick and efficient housekeeping and room service. They ensured everything was perfect and responded promptly to all requests. I also want to recognize Oliver and the concierge team for their incredible support in arranging trips and making restaurant reservations. Oliver’s attention to detail and helpfulness made everything seamless and enjoyable. Last but not least, I want to express my gratitude to Zsolt for his excellent concierge services, including assistance with luggage storage and handling the bags. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. Overall, the staff at this property are amazing! The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is fantastic—perfect for exploring the city. The dining-in experience was also impressive, with delicious food of excellent quality, flavor, and portion size. I highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton Vienna and will definitely be returning in the future!

Every thing! This was my second stay at the ritz Carlton Vienna, what can I say ! The ladies and gentlemen of the ritz keep on amazing me ! I booked through Booking.com , I was offered such a beautiful room ; great front office team, breakfast was amazingggggg as usual , such great F& B team I had also dinner at the same restaurant “ Distrikt” it was perfect , the food was served by the chef!!! Very delicious! The host was so accommodating! The concierge team was so helpful professional super service!!! The hotel is so clean cheerful with great positive vibes ! Prime location! I don’t want to forget the Spa it was amazing 🤩 the Roof bar is magnificent! Security team is so helpful and friendly, I would love to thank all the ladies and gentlemen of the ritz !
